HAPPY THANKSGIVING! A Glute & Leg workout from me to you

Good morning & Happy Thanksgiving loves.

There’s something about holidays where I can just feel the love in the air.

On a holiday where typically thousands of calories are consumed at one sitting I thought I would share a leg workout that a very good friend of mine and myself put together to compliment a hefty meal, a leg workout of course!

I love working out legs as they are one of the biggest muscle groups in our entire body it feels really good to get a good “pump” in.

Our workout consisted of many variations of leg & glute exercises.

About 15-20 reps per workout and minimal to no weight.

We started our workout with about 5 minutes in the sauna to warm up our muscles and jump right into the workouts and ended with 10 minutes of sprint intervals (sprints are killer & I talk more about the benefits it in this post).
