BACK DAY BABY!

Yay!!!!!!

You will meet Kelsey in this back workout video I made! We have been best friends since SECOND GRADE–she commented on how cute my pigtails were and ever since then we have had this insane friendship.

I have watched her grow from a competitive ice skater as a kid to a bad-ass woman studying nutrition, power lifting with her bad-ass boyfriend, and practicing yoga and love with her cute family. She is insanely inspiring to me and I love being around her and feeling her positive and strong energy.

My friends are amazing and inspiring so I really want to share them with you so you can feel some of this inspiration as well. ❤

This workout is most easily completed in a gym. We used equipment that all gyms typically have, very basic.

If some of these exercises do not feel right to you, MODIFICATION is available for each one so please don’t hesitate to ask how if you are unsure about anything.

These are some of my favorite exercises for back they are fun and will leave you SORE, SORE, SORE–Arnold Schwarzenegger type stuff
