FULL BODY WORKOUT


Full body workouts are so nice once in a while. 

Especially for those weeks where maybe you have slacked on your workouts and need something that will work everything all at once. 

My favorite way to get a full body workout in is a no rest, high intensity circuit that doesn’t last more than 30 minutes.

No rest meaning between each workout I do not take a break until all the workouts are completed (making 1 circuit done), then I rest & start the circuit over again for 3 sets! It’s a killer. 

However, it’s quick, efficient and will leave you dripping in sweat — so make sure you are hydrated. 


Lately I’ve been loving mixing in a high intensity full body work out day in my week with cardio and yoga 2 other days. 

Once in a while a home workout before I head to school or work is great too, it really sets the tone for the whole day. 

I just don’t have the time lately to spend hours at the gym.
