how to build strength (without the gym?)

“If you are unhappy, change something. Quit your job. Move. Leave your miserable relationship. Stop making excuses. You are in control.”

Seems pretty abrupt doesn’t it? But isn’t that what life is about? Doing you, making mistakes, learning, living.

No matter your age, this is not the time to care what other people think. Make mistakes, do things your way, on your own time, being happy. Why? Because why not? What do you have to lose?

We all have a dream, a goal, a desire but why do soooo many of us choose to put it aside or save it for “later”?

Because it seems too hard or impossible??

Well, Nothing comes easy, I don’t know about you but I want to work towards something that I actually LOVE. I have ZERO problems getting rid of things that do not make me happy, no matter how much money I will get doing these things, if it isn’t something that makes me genuinely happy, I will not waste my time doing it… I believe that anything that takes away your happiness is too expensive.


Oh & by the way… if you are waiting for “the perfect moment” to do something, stop. There is no perfect moment. There are moments that you have in life that you need to make perfect & go out and DO what it is you really want; NOW.

Life is about struggling. No matter what you are doing there will be struggle. But ask yourself what are you willing to struggle for and how can you turn it into something that can help you?

For example, I was SO SICK yesterday (a serious struggle). I went to work throwing up but I did it because I like what I do & I am willing to struggle for it. I am a human, I have weak moments, but my mental strength becomes SO much stronger after a struggle because it trains it to be more grateful for the moments where I am healthy and energized. I am grateful for struggles, because they can be turned into a strength or a realization.


Focus on sh!t you are grateful for. Stop blaming others for your problems and accept them so you can get over it. Treat everyday as an abundance of oppurtunity. Listen to good music and drink good coffee, get it done babes.

And when life is throwing you struggle after struggle, claim it, use your strong mind to guide you through in a positive way and I promise the struggle will leave you quicker & you will strength and ideas through it.

Don’t waste the struggle you were given, USE IT.
