Without a gym membership for MONTHS now one nearby finally tied me down — yep that’s right i’m in a RELATIONSHIP with a gym. ❤
So to kick off my new gym relationship, I fimed the first workout I did at my new gym.
I decided to switch things up as well so instead of doing a normal warm up on the treadmill I opted for my own high intensity circuit for 5-7 mins to warm up my body! So much more fun than the boring old treadmill.
A good way to switch up your normal routine and shock your muscles is to incorporate different muscle groups in your workout rather than just one (remember you will not see results if you do the same workouts every single time).
So throughout this workout I did upper body and lower body making sure I maintained proper form the whooooole time (master the mind muscle connection).
