Hello FIT BABES!
To me there is simply nothing better than a workout in the sunshine. The Vitamin D REALLY gets me going, like I feel like my bones CRAVE it… Weird??
& Yes- I am very much aware that the sun is very damaging, so I lather on the SPF & throw on a hat so I feel a bit better about my choices. Lol.
My workout routine is a lot of HIIT workouts (very quick) & incorporating the whole body– I’m loving.
Today I’m sharing with you a quick 30 min at-home or park workout you can try for yourself! I suggest to have just a few pieces of equipment: a kettle bell, jump-rope & resistance bands (equipment is NOT necessary).
