What To Do When Your Hangry AF & In A Bikini

Ok so I blinked and it’s now summer. I’m trying to roll with it, not freaking out, just coming to terms with the fact that it’s time to wear a BIKINI!

I KNOW, no one likes to be bloated in a bikini – especially me!! Let’s be real, I know there are girls who simply just WONT eat the days they are in a swim suit and if you are that girl can I just say, NOOOOOOOOOOO. Let’s not make our results go backwards because we worked sooo hard on them, by not eating and let me introduce a lil friend that will save you!

BEVERAGE MIX 🍑🍑

” A protein based snack for energy and nutrition”.

Flavors come in : peach mango (which is pictured above – literally tastes like a peachy O candy ring) & Wild Berry 👅🍭

Why I love it? it’s 15g protein, 70 calories, 2 carbs and 0 SUGAR.

Ways I use it:

🍑Post CARDIO: I like this post CARDIO because it’s a protein drink which goes STRAIGHT to my muscles, but it’s not too much, see what I mean? Since I only did 20 minutes on the stair master & some abs I don’t feel like I need a huge protein shake after + I don’t want any sugar to bloat me prior to getting in my suit and heading to the pool. (Plus this fruity drink just looks CUTE in my cup while I’m out at the pool, win win)

🍑An on-the-go snack- 2 scoops in 8oz water and you have a high protein snack  ANYWHERE ANYTIME! I love easy.

🍑A cocktail? YESSSS. Mix it into some Titos or your favorite vodka and add some ice for a fruity delight with nutrition and low calorie. You will be the talk of the party when everyone sees how good it tastes and how great it makes them FEEL! Hey why not? Only after this 30 day May challenge though, right? 🙃
